Our Skeleton clocks are fabricated in laser cut aluminium then powder coated. If illuminated a polycarbonate translucent panel is used with LED lighting. Powder coating can be matched to BS or RAL specifications if required and various options exist for the dial design as shown in the examples, including Arabic numerals and different clock hand designs.
Our clocks include powerful, high quality stainless steel motors, designed to operate outdoors for many years. Stainless steel drive shafts and Teflon bearings make the clock maintenance free. The motors are also protected in polycarbonate casings. The clock hands are laser cut in aluminium, fitted with stainless steel counterbalances, and then powder coated for extra protection
Removal of the centre star allows for personalisation of the dial and chapter rings and hands can be highlighted in 23½crt gold or platinum leaf if required. The skeleton clocks can be wall mounted or fitted in a bezel, clock tower or projecting feature.
The skeleton locks are mains powered, and smaller dials between 18″ and 30″ arrive fully assembled with fixing holes and 2 metres of cable.
We offer a range of clock controllers and bell chimes to automate the clock for power failure corrections and seasonal time changes.
