Manufactured in GRP (Glass Reinforced Polyester) using original timber and lead patterns to create a product which is durable. lightweight and strong, with all the detail of a painted wooden tower. GRP will not rot or require repainting and will be maintainance free for decades.
We can produce designs from architectural drawings, DWG files or using measurements from original features. We can then create drawings and CAD models of your bespoke clock tower for approval as required.
Pattern work using timber and lead to create a traditional finish is then used to create fibreglass mouldings. Finally the mouldings are used to create a maintenance free product to your original design.
The fibreglass construction can include colour matching to any RAL, BS or paint colour.
Our clock towers and vented cupolas are designed to suit stables, barns, garages, pavillions and sports clubs as well as commercial and bespoke applications.
All our standard towers feature fluted pillars and louvred sides. The roof and finnial is moulded from a lead original in GRP composite using metal powder to simulate lead whilst reducing weight and cost.
Larger towers incorporate internal steel work and are designed to bolt together on site.
