Any number of bells can be automated with electric bell hammers and appropriate controllers from a single bell to a carillon.
Programmable night silencing is a useful feature of an elecgtronic system where consideration has to be given to neighbouring residents.

Bell hammers can be internally or externally mounted and the controllers can also operate ringing motors for swinging the bells in pre-programmed sequences whilst still allowing for them to be rung manually if required.
Bell sequences and chimes can be controlled by remote control from ground level or even from a mobile phone.
